In a post shared on social media, she alleged that the disagreement began after she reminded him to repay money he had promised to return within three days.
According to the lady, she had previously borrowed money from the man during their relationship and repaid every naira after he repeatedly demanded repayment. She said that months later, the situation changed when the man approached her for financial assistance, promising to refund the money within three days.
She claimed she transferred the money without hesitation because she trusted his promise. However, after several days passed without repayment, she said she politely reminded him about the loan. According to her, the man became upset and questioned why she was asking “her man” to return the money. She alleged that he argued she should have treated the amount as a gift instead of expecting repayment.
The lady said she rejected his explanation and reminded him that he had insisted on recovering every naira when she previously owed him. She maintained that the same standard should apply to both of them. According to her account, she continued requesting the money until he eventually refunded it. She further claimed that shortly after the payment reflected in her account, the man blocked her on all communication channels.
