Olufemi Oluyede said the Army has observed signs of foreign jihadist movements near Nigeria’s border communities as instability continues to affect several countries in the Sahel. He explained that the military has strengthened surveillance and operational readiness to prevent any attempt by armed groups to infiltrate Nigerian territory.
